​Esther Rudin Merz
Her passion is for the nourishment and wellbeing of our guests.

She takes care of the horses, goats and the gardens around our buildings. 
She is also responsible for administrative issues.


Fritz Rudin
Is a farmer by calling and cultivates our 100ha farm with great passion.
 
He also helps with our own gardening, for which his vast experience in cultivation is a great asset.

Daily he takes great care of our mother cows and their offspring, He is resposible for the appropriate husbandry.
